Allen W. Parham II
President and CEO
Allen Parham currently serves as F&M Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he worked with Synovus Financial Corporation as a commercial loan officer and also with JK Boatwright and Company, P.C. where he obtained his licenses as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Masters of Accountancy, both from Auburn University. As a third-generation banker, Allen enjoys serving his community, so please stop by and see him today!
Beverly C. Bonner
Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending
Beverly Bonner is the Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending for F&M Bank. She began her career with the bank in 1983 as a teller and later worked as a customer service representative, a loan department teller, and a loan department supervisor before being named Vice President in March of 2005. In July 2013, she was promoted to Senior Vice President. Beverly attended Georgia Southwestern and Columbus College before coming to work at the bank. She is a life-long member of her church where she enjoys working with young people and children and she is a team member of Love in Action Ministries. She is an active volunteer for the March of Dimes as well as participating in other community projects. Beverly’s philosophy is simple: Treat every client as if they are family by finding them the best financing options available.
Mario K. Davis
Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending
Mario has been a leader in organizations by driving transformational change—initiating root cause analysis and process / work-flow engineering in order to maximize growth potential and drive bottom line results. He is a servant-leader and motivator and believes in the spirit of teamwork. Mr. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Albany State University and MBA from Troy University. He began his professional career as Management Associate with Synovus Bank. Mario is currently Senior Vice President in our Commercial Banking Group responsible for the Columbus, Georgia, West Georgia and East Alabama markets. Some of his past and current civic commitments include serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for St. Francis Hospital, the Board of Directors of the Columbus, GA Chamber of Commerce; the Exchange Club of Columbus, the Annual Campaign Committee of the United Way, and the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Dragonfly Trails, Inc. and Chairman of the Board and Former CEO of the YMCA of Metropolitan Columbus, GA. Mario and his wife, Dr. Yolanda Gray-Davis, an Army Veteran and physician are the proud parents of two boys. They are members of Fourth Street Baptist Church in Columbus.
Ashley M. Brown
Vice President of Credit Administration
After joining F&M Bank as a Loan Administrative Assistant nearly a decade ago, Ashley has spent time as a Loan Processor, Credit Analyst, and Loan Officer, assisting both consumer and commercial customers with their financing needs. Ashley obtainer B.B.A. in Finance and Master of Business Administration from Columbus State University where she graduated with honors. Her passion has always been to help others, both professionally and personally, and she is most proud of her efforts in improving financial literacy that earned her the Rotarian of the Year award and the Meriwether County Chamber’s Volunteer Member of the Year. Ashley is a Manchester native who now resides in Pike County with her husband and children.
