Allen Parham currently serves as F&M Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he worked with Synovus Financial Corporation as a commercial loan officer and also with JK Boatwright and Company, P.C. where he obtained his licenses as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Masters of Accountancy, both from Auburn University. Beverly C. Bonner
Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending

Beverly Bonner is the Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending for F&M Bank. She began her career with the bank in 1983 as a teller and later worked as a customer service representative, a loan department teller, and a loan department supervisor before being named Vice President in March of 2005. In July 2013, she was promoted to Senior Vice President. Beverly attended Georgia Southwestern and Columbus College before coming to work at the bank. She is a life-long member of her church where she enjoys working with young people and children and she is a team member of Love in Action Ministries. She is an active volunteer for the March of Dimes as well as participating in other community projects. Beverly’s philosophy is simple: Treat every client as if they are family by finding them the best financing options available.
